Did you know your insurance policy may cover your nutrition visit? Most private and public insurance payers now cover medical nutrition therapy (MNT) services and dietary counseling provided by Registered Dietitians.

Rates & Policies
Insurance
If you’re using in-network insurance, your coverage determines the approved rate for services. Once your claim is processed, both you and our office will receive an Explanation of Benefits (EOB) outlining what your insurance covers and any remaining balance you’re responsible for.
Self-Pay Rates
For clients paying out-of-pocket, our rates are:
- Initial Nutrition Consultation (up to 85 minutes): $200
- Follow-Up Nutrition Session (up to 55 minutes): $140
Cancellation & No-Show Policy
We understand that unexpected things come up. However, to respect our time and that of other clients:
- A $100 fee will be charged for no-shows or appointments canceled with less than 48 hours’ notice.
- For late cancellations, we’re happy to waive the fee if we can reschedule your session within the same Monday–Friday week and you attend the rescheduled appointment.
Payments
We accept the following forms of payment: Health Savings Accounts (HSA)/ Flexible Spending Accounts (FSA), Credit and Debit Cards
Payment is due at the time of service for self-pay clients. For those using insurance, any remaining balance after your claim is processed will be billed accordingly.
